Additionally, our organization exists to facilitate fundamental systems change within the FL&R industries by:​

  • cultivating a global, diverse community with shared professional/personal interests

  • sponsoring educational, networking, and charitable initiatives

  • promoting gender, social, racial, economic, and environmental justice

  • facilitating dialogue, critical thought, and missing conversations

  • connecting people and disciplines to encourage new ideas and innovation

  • helping alumni and young leaders find job opportunities and careers

We aim to build a global, diverse, educated, and connected community that transcends age, ability, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender expression, language, national origin, political affiliation, professional background, and socio-economic status. 

 

Unfortunately our organization cannot welcome all people to join as members due to our official status with the Harvard Alumni Association and restrictions set forth within our Bylaws. However, we do want to welcome ALL KINDS of people to join our Extended Community; if you are not a Harvard affiliate but would still like to be a part of our growing community, please enter your email below to receive regular updates from us.
